The first of these is a new joint venture (Joint Venture) established in China, while the second is the Bitcoin reserve strategy.The company said in a statement:“Our new joint venture is expected to contribute $3 million in net profit each year for the next five years. We also aim to be at the forefront of digital asset innovation with our Bitcoin reserve strategy.”In his statement, the DDC CEO argued that Bitcoin’s unique properties as a long-term store of value align with the company’s goals of protecting against macroeconomic uncertainties and diversifying reserves:“I am very excited to announce DDC’s Bitcoin Accumulation Strategy. This strategy will be a cornerstone of our long-term value creation plan.
