Ethereum Treasury Protocol ETH Strategy Completes Over $46 Million Fundraising
BlockBeats News, July 29th, according to The Block, the ETH Strategy treasury accumulation protocol, aimed at providing Ethereum leverage exposure, raised 12,342 Ethereum (approximately $46.5 million) in a pre-launch funding round.
This funding round was completed through three different channels, targeting different types of investors. The private sale phase raised 6,900 Ethereum, the public sale raised 1,242 Ethereum, and an additional 4,200 Ethereum was raised through redeemable warrants. All investment categories were issued STRAT tokens at different prices, and investors are subject to a four-month lock-up period, followed by a two-month linear release starting from the token generation event.
ETH Strategy plans to use 11,817 of the Ethereum for core protocol operations, including Ethereum staking and protocol liquidity provision. The remaining 525 Ethereum will be used for protocol development and growth activities, covering operational costs, security audits, team compensation, and community projects.
