Voice Chat Launched on the 'Diia' Portal

A new voice feature has been launched on the 'Diia' portal for consultations on government services and for finding information about personal data. To start a conversation, users need to press the button with the sound wave icon. After voicing the request, 'Diia.AI' provides a voice response and duplicates it in text on the screen, keeping a history of the dialogues. The voice mode is activated after user confirmation in the profile settings. 'Diia.AI' uses an interactive sound wave for convenience in public places. The voice chat supports the functions of a standard text chat, allowing users to verbally request information about government services, individual entrepreneurs, insurance experience, and income certificates. This new format simplifies access to services for people who prefer voice communication. The technologies of ElevenLabs ensure clarity in the voiced responses. In May, 'Diia.AI' attracted its first million users after the update.
